| General Information Wholesale Clients: This catalog is intended for wholesale customers only. To buy wholesale you must be involved in the wholesale or retail Orders: In order to service our customers more efficiently, we recommend you call in orders to be picked up at least one day in advance and delivery orders at least 3 days in advance. Orders are pulled on a first-come first-serve basis. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on all container orders to be held over 30 days. Terms: All initial orders are on a cash basis. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. After initial purchase, credit may be given to those customers who have an approved credit application. Credit terms are net 30 days. All credit accounts over 30 days are subject to 1.5% finance charge. Tagging: We are now able to offer tagging to all of our garden center and rewholesale customers. Tags will be available at a charge of $.15 per tag. Tags will include botanical name, common name, a brief description of each plant and your retail price. Please let us know if you will need tags in the future, so we can set you up in our database. Guarantee: We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy. We are not responsible for plants once they leave our nursery or after delivery has been made. Any claims must be received in writing no more than 48 hours after delivery. Bids: We welcome the opportunity to price or quote any bids you may have. All orders are accepted subject to prior sale and on condition that they be void should injuries beyond our control befall our stock. Tarp:
We are not responsible for tarp material or labor to tarp Brokered Material: Due to customer demand for plant material that must meet specific height and width requirements, we occasionally offer brokered plant material as a service to our customers when our inventory is young. In keeping with our standards, this material is of good quality. Because this material is brokered, a pricing adjustment may sometimes be necessary.
